The framework highlights five clear priorities to address and nurture – in a clear, easy-to-remember acronym.
Like any risk, psychological safety risk is dynamic and influenced by many factors. It needs ongoing attention and is certainly not a one-and-done situation. As such, these priorities are not a checklist. Instead, they are useful prompts to inform and inspire.
