5. Knowing how you're doing – the measures for success

The most common and well-established measures are survey items/questions. Here are two of the most robust options.

Edmondson prefers a seven-point Likert scale (from strongly agree to strongly disagree) but suggests a five-point scale works as well. You can also combine the survey with confidential interviews to gain additional qualitative insight.
