  • Is supports managers and leaders.
  • Is recognisably Hemsley Fraser - forward looking, practical, user-friendly

Getting to know the HF model

We begin in the centre and work our way outward. Our model is grounded in four key principles.

  • We place the manager/leader at the centre. A human-centred approach, enabled by technology (not driven by it). We know development is about mindset, skillset, and toolset, and frequently all three.

  • We acknowledge the role is multi-dimensional. Managers must develop themselves, the team, and the organization, paying attention to how they all relate / interact. For example, how the team relate to the wider organization, it’s purpose and culture. How the manager relates to team and vice versa.

  • We identified ten capabilities all the best managers / leaders demonstrate. Some are enduring, others evolve. Whilst they are common to all organizations, delivery naturally reflects the context and culture they are part of.

  • We know great L&D is both art and science. We deliberately design our L&D products to excite, engage, embed and evolve. We make learning appealing and relevant, adaptable and effective. We pay close attention to the real difference we make to managers, their teams and the organization - through clear and compelling data, metrics, feedback and evidence.
