  • Leverage relationships and peer groups to practice application
  • Give them the permission to break from day job
  • "Start before you are ready" to build ability and create confidence!
  • Reduce the noise (air traffic control on communications/updates)
  • Allow them space to practice with other wider business areas & network on the topic
  • Talking through real life scenarios of how to use a specific skill/capability. Build confidence in a safe space
  • Role modelling & remove the risk of trying - create a safe environment
