Welcome to Spaces
SPACES is a new initiative that gives you protected time during the workweek to focus on whatever helps you be your best—whether that’s deep work, rest, reflection, or personal growth. It’s your time to use however you need. We’ll also offer optional short sessions around themes like mindfulness and creativity, but participation is entirely up to you. This is about making space for you.
Health & Wellbeing
- Enjoying the outdoors to clear the mind
- Working out – to achieve personal goals
- F2F (where possible) or Virtual coffee connects (or alternative refreshments) to build connections with colleagues you may not get the time with in a working week.


Work
- Focused time working on your tasks to support your objectives - supporting career development
- Utilising the content on the hub – white papers/digital content
- Email/filing – declutter for clear heads
- Attending a training course – selection of short sessions scheduled – if there is something you are interested in that isn’t scheduled, please reach out to People Strategy and we can look to schedule in the future
