Leadership Programme Delivery
Hemsley have been working with BAE since 2019 providing full partnership and delivery services for two instrumental leadership programs and which are offered and run via the Centre of Excellence;
Managing People
For managers with less than 3 years’ experience.
Leading the Future
For those with 4+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role.
For both these programs, Hemsley manage the design, development and updates, all delivery, engagement and communications, operational and delegate management, faculty sourcing and provision of the coaching services.
Lifecycle management delivery More recently Hemsley have been involved in the refresh project for Lifecycle management training and through 2023 have been working with the UK and US to refresh the training content and methodology.
Pilots have now been conducted and a Global TTT program is underway- upskilling BAE internal staff to be able to cascade this training. Off the shelf workshop delivery
We have on offer a range of ready-made off-the-shelf facilitated training courses available for any part of the BAE business. These are offered in either a Skills Drill format, bite sized or as half or full day workshops and can be delivered as virtual training or in-person workshops.
Skills Drills comprise of 2 x 90 min sessions which run on the same day, with part 1 focussing on the knowledge, theory and content and part 2 offering a more practical workshop, whereby learners, put new skills and techniques into practice whilst in a safe and supportive training environment. Skills drills are already customised for BAE so they will come with BAE branding and language already weaved into the design.
Bite sized and other workshop sessions are available in a wider range of subject areas and offer a 90-minute, ½ or full day workshop with practical activities and interactions weaved throughout. These currently exist with Hemsley Fraser branding but can be customised in look or context should that be a requirement for a specific department or team.
