Ops Staff maintain demanding workloads where Connected Culture may not always be at the forefront of their minds.
To encourage participation is essential that we meet the 3 pillars of engagement
- Opportunity – Provide regular opportunities to access content.
- Desire – Ensure messaging is relevant & focused to avoid the Ops Staff member feeling like it is spam
- Authority – The message that senior Amgen are actively encouraging their participation is critical for Ops Staff to feel they can prioritize the learning.
Opportunity
Maximize the success and impact of each of the Connected Culture programs by leveraging the 3 pillars to build awareness, providing context and opportunity.
Actions and Outputs
The production of an evolving CC promotional campaign that will drive foot traffic to the each of the program regardless of where the content is held.
HF to develop a variety of supporting resources for the launch, including:
- Intro to CC Foleon/Fluidbook with links to Hub space / all resources (1)
- Infographics (2)
- Fireside Chats (1)
- Podcasts (1)
- Newsletter (4, 1x per quarter)
HF to execute multi-modal plan to ensure Ops awareness, which includes:
- Short webinars for people leaders
- Cascaded asset distribution for all staff
- Digital and physical signage in locations with large populations
