Connected Culture is comprised of 13 programs across three different areas, and is linked to the Leadership Attributes as well as Amgen’s Mission & Vision.
With all of the complexity, it may be difficult for Ops staff members to grasp the full meaning, intention, and value of CC without in-depth education… leading to potential under-use of its helpful resources.
Opportunity
Let’s crystallize the CC brand and messaging so that it is immediately understandable by Ops Staff, puts the value proposition front and center, and is visually arresting/cuts through the day-to-day “noise.”
Actions and Outputs
- HF to conduct a review of all existing CC ‘promotional’ materials
- HF to conduct interviews/brainstorming session with CC team
- HF to poll select Ops staff about their understanding of CC and its benefits
- HF to conduct A/B testing of different ideas with select Ops staff
- HF to develop set of recommendations for refining of CC overall messaging and branding
- HF to prepare revised “Introduction to CC” promotional deck
- HF to prepare updated CC visual style, including logotype, visual mark, and presentation template
